It already imposes concrete obligations: an EU declaration of conformity for each packaging type, restrictions on certain substances such as PFAS, and EPR registration in the relevant Member States. <\/p>\n<p class=\"tx-pmd\">From 1 January 2027, companies placing professional packaging on the French market will be required to transfer their EPR obligations to an approved eco-organisation, or to set up an individual system approved by the French State.
