Compliance pathway
A simple, self-service pathway to secure EPR compliance quickly.
Do you place only small quantities of packaging on the market, with packaging representing a limited issue for your business? This pathway is designed to let you progress independently using simple, intuitive tools.
Through MyTwiice, you can join Twiice (no membership fee), obtain your Unique Identifier (IDU) within 72 hours and access all the tools needed for your declaration: packaging flow analysis, flow mapping, eco-contribution simulator, declaration template and packaging coding tools.
Companies placing small quantities of packaging on the market may, subject to the applicable conditions, be eligible for a simplified flat-rate declaration.

What you get
Compliance managed independently and secured quickly, with no membership fee. Financial support mechanisms such as eco-modulation and the recycled-content premium will be introduced progressively. Eligibility criteria and access arrangements will be specified as they are rolled out.
Organisation pathway
A pathway designed to make EPR a controlled, manageable long-term project.
You have already started your compliance work, but EPR involves several teams and requires a more streamlined organisation. This pathway helps you establish governance and manage EPR over time.
You receive all MyTwiice tools, enhanced by governance support that clarifies responsibilities across procurement, sites, CSR and finance, and establishes a sustainable flow of data.
Once shared governance is in place, you can go further: packaging waste and reuse assessments funded by Twiice, deployment of sorting at source, acquisition of pre-collection equipment, and activation of support linked to collection and treatment.

Transformation pathway
A pathway designed to make EPR a driver of innovation and value creation.
Do you place large volumes of packaging on the market or manage a complex multi-site organisation? Compliance is already under control, but the economic, environmental and organisational issues associated with your packaging are becoming strategic.
A Twiice expert specialising in your sector supports you in optimising packaging design, increasing recycled plastic content, and developing sorting and recycling. We also support large-scale reuse and innovation projects through dedicated calls for projects. MyRecycledContent helps you source certified packaging containing recycled plastic through a network of qualified suppliers.
By combining these levers, you improve the environmental performance of your packaging, reduce your eco-contributions and strengthen your long-term competitiveness.

The eco-contributions you pay are reinvested in the scheme. Beyond compliance, Twiice mobilises technical, operational and financial support to help deliver your projects and sustainably improve the environmental and economic performance of your packaging.
Depending on your situation and ambitions, support may help you optimise packaging through eco-design, develop reuse and recycling, incorporate more recycled material, improve sorting, collection and waste management, carry out assessments and opportunity studies, finance equipment, or test new solutions through calls for projects.

Twiice support
1. Understand your flows and opportunities
Twiice support:
- Assessment Booster: packaging waste assessment and roadmap, with flat-rate financial support of between €1,000 and €2,000 per site.

2. Improve your packaging design
Regulatory support (from 2027):
- Support for reusability: a reduction of at least 50% in the eco-contribution for packaging placed on the market that is reusable within the meaning of the PPWR
- Support for incorporating recycled plastic into packaging placed on the market: between €450 and €1,000 per tonne of recycled plastic incorporated.

3. Innovate by increasing packaging circularity
Twiice R&D support (coming soon):
- Support for eco-design, reuse and recycling: technical and financial support for your innovation, trial and deployment projects aimed at improving the circularity of your packaging.

How can you benefit from this support? From 2027, you will be able to submit your projects in response to calls for projects published by Twiice, which will set out the eligibility criteria and how to access the support.
4. Reduce the cost of recycling your plastic packaging waste
Regulatory support (from 2027):
- Support for collection, sorting, consolidation and conditioning: a flat rate per tonne of plastic packaging waste collected and/or treated for recycling.

Support is paid by Twiice to waste management operators and shown directly on your invoice (exact payment arrangements are still being defined by the coordinating body for EPRO).
If you organise and pay for the separate collection and treatment of your own packaging waste, you can receive this support directly from Twiice.
5. Accelerate plastic packaging waste recycling (Boosters)
Twiice support:
- Assessment Booster: flat rate to cover the cost of assessing your flows and identifying optimisation levers (between €1,000 and €2,000 per site) – from January 2027
- Sorting at Source Booster: flat rate per tonne of plastic packaging waste sorted to the required standards (from €60/t) – coming soon
- Awareness Kit Booster: flat-rate support for internal awareness campaigns on sorting and recycling professional packaging – coming soon
- Pre-collection Equipment Booster: flat rate for purchasing equipment for sorting plastic packaging at source – coming soon
- Industrial Investment Booster: funding to develop the scheme’s local and technical infrastructure by supporting targeted industrial investment in the collection, sorting and treatment of plastic packaging – coming soon

How do I join Twiice?
Membership is completed entirely online through MyTwiice. Have the required information ready: account creator details, company information, contract signatory details and the type of contract required. Once validated, Twiice registers your company and provides your Unique Identifier (IDU).
Are there any membership fees?
No. There are no membership or application fees. Twiice’s operating costs are included in the eco-contribution fee schedule.
