Governance
Our governance
Twiice is a not-for-profit eco-organisation approved by the French Ministry for Ecological Transition for the EPR scheme for professional packaging (EPRO). Its governance is based on the involvement of scheme stakeholders, in accordance with the requirements of the French Environmental Code.
By directly involving the companies concerned, this governance model ensures that decisions are grounded in operational realities and serve the collective interest.
Governance representing the entire sector
Twiice’s governance brings together producers placing packaging on the market from the main industrial sectors subject to EPRO. It also includes packaging manufacturers, whose expertise is essential to advancing eco-design, reuse and the use of recycled content.
Our leadership team
Patrick Nguyen-Duhamel – Chairman
“We place particular importance on reducing the waste generated by our activities. Together with the Twiice teams, we want to develop innovative solutions for the reuse and recycling of professional packaging.”
After a career in audit and financial control with major groups including Hachette, AstraZeneca and Eramet, Patrick Nguyen-Duhamel joined Stockmeier France, a specialist in chemical distribution, where he has been Chairman since 2020.
Marc-Antoine Franc – Managing Director
“Solutions for recycling and reusing professional packaging already exist, and Twiice has already tested them. My role is to support their scale-up by placing innovation, co-creation and experimentation at the heart of the project.”
For more than 15 years, Marc-Antoine Franc has supported companies with their environmental transition challenges. His experience at BeCitizen, GreenFlex and Engie Impact has given him strong expertise in EPR schemes, reuse and recycling. He joined Twiice in 2024.
Network
An ecosystem of 30 members
Since its creation, Twiice has brought together 30 members (industrial companies, packaging manufacturers and trade associations) around a shared ambition: to build a high-performing EPR scheme tailored to the specific characteristics of professional packaging. This diversity of profiles helps generate practical solutions that reflect operational realities and the needs of each sector.

The Stakeholder Committee
Like every approved eco-organisation, Twiice has a Stakeholder Committee, a mandatory consultative body within the regulatory framework governing EPR schemes.
Made up of several representative colleges, the Twiice Stakeholder Committee is consulted for its opinion on all projects covered by the French Environmental Code. Its opinions are made public.
Governance sets the direction. The team drives it forward.
Setting a collective direction is not enough; it must be turned into action. That is the role of the Twiice team: implementing governance decisions and supporting each company with its day-to-day requirements.
A team that listens
Behind Twiice is, above all, a committed team. Every day, we help companies understand their obligations, achieve compliance and develop projects to reduce, reuse and recycle professional packaging.
Transparency, approachability, flexibility and simplicity shape the way we work. We prioritise listening, dialogue and hands-on support, because effective EPR is built with companies.
